Where can I see photos of the apartments?
You can view the different styles of apartments that we offer on our Photos page. We also have some additional photos on our facebook page.
How do I request an application?
To request an application, please call or send us an e-mail including your name, phone number, and the style of apartment you are interested in. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message including your name, phone number, and the style of apartment you are interested in, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Do you require rental references?
Yes, rental references are required. We prefer 2-3 references from previous landlords or property managers, but at least 1 professional (non-family/friend) reference is required to process your application.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a pet deposit and additional monthly rent.
Do you offer short-term leases?
No, we only offer 12-month leases.
Will I have to renew my lease after 12 months?
No, the lease will automatically continue month-to-month until a 30-day written notice is given.
Do you allow subleasing/subletting?
No, we do not allow subleasing or subletting.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Water, trash, and sewage are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet. Tenants are also responsible for yard maintenance.
How quickly do you respond to maintenance requests?
Maintenance staff live on-site and are available 24/7 for emergencies; tenants are provided an emergency number to call when the office is closed. Non-emergent requests are responded to during business hours, usually within 1-2 hours of receiving the request.
